One Year Unlimited Free Email Support
Vaakya will provide unlimited free e-mail Software Support and Maintenance services for a period of 12 months from the Effective Date of Purchase of Standard Edition products, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Support.
Extended Support
After 12 months from the date of purchase, such e-mail Software Support and Maintenance will be either provided free or chargeable as per Vaakya's relevant and then existing Software Support, Maintenance and Upgrade Terms.
Additional Fee based support can be provided for on-site, on call and remote web based advanced support. Please email to moc.aykaav@troppus
Vaakya will also provide support & maintenance services to customers through support partners in various geographic locations.
